Customer Service Assistant
We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Assistant to work in our busy after sales department. The candidate must be fluent in English and have intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office). Although you will have support from management when needed, the candidate we are looking for will have the initiative to deal with a query effectively, promptly and always with courtesy. The candidate would ideally have relevant experience in a customer service role. The role is based in our aftersales office in north London - Totteridge.
